Michael Brockman, President of M Brockman Broadcast, Inc., has been named a Worldwide Branding Executive of the Year in Television Production. While inclusion in Worldwide Branding is an honor, only small selections of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Worldwide Branding membership.
Mr. Brockman has garnered 59 years of experience in his industry, with two decades of experience in his current role. Adept in program development, his responsibilities as president include maintaining the creation and sales of television production. His company, M Brockman Broadcast, Inc. is a television production company that provides television programs and development.
Prior to forming M Brockman Broadcast, Inc., Mr. Brockman worked for ABC, NBC, and CBS running daytime, children’s, and late night programs spanning more than a 15-year period. He started his career as a television executive and eventually moved to an independent production company. Having been deeply involved in the industry for many years, Mr. Brockman has helped develop numerous popular television shows such as “Family Feud,” as well as a number of ABC children’s programs, including The After School Specials and “Schoolhouse Rock.”
Additionally, Mr. Brockman is the only executive in his industry that has run both daytime children’s programming and late night shows for the three major networks. Maintaining his childhood fascination with radio and television, Mr. Brockman has been very successful in his career by finding harmonious working relationships in a very chaotic environment.
