7. Respect everyone:
One of the most important aspects of a good boss is that they give the utmost respect to each and every one of their employees. A good boss never degrades or makes a coworker feel as if they cannot do something. They do not gossip, act malicious and they treat each co-worker exactly the same as the next. They never favor others over people who may be new or may not have as little experience. They believe all employees are an integral part of the company and treat them that way.
