3. Acknowledges your good and bad work:
Your boss should not only acknowledge when you do something good, but they should also let you know when you’ve done something that could have been done better. A boss that never acknowledges your good work is just asking for failure: when employees don’t believe their work in noticed or that it is underappreciated, productivity suffers because they don’t believe it makes a difference. However, if your boss doesn’t give you constructive criticism on your work, they are also hurting you by not allowing you to learn from your mistakes and grow.
