3. “Clear Goal”
Most companies tend to focus on making goals, forgetting to develop clear guidelines for achieving said goals. Imagine running a marathon. Many people dream of running a marathon, and will even go on a few “wonder runs” to prove to themselves that they can do it. Then, when the actual marathon approaches, the person will drop out of the marathon because they realize that they are not in shape. Focusing on developing a system and committing the system will help the “clear goal” shape itself.
