5. Sitting too much.
Chances are, if you work in a regular workspace environment, you are constantly sitting at your desk…all day long. Not moving around enough is a serious detriment to your motivation to work and to your energy levels. Try and get up and walk around during the day. Remember to always take the stairs instead of the elevator and try and fit in at least thirty minutes to an hour of a workout each day. If you feel like you don’t have time for a workout, take your lunch outside and walk it off afterwards. The fresh air will do you some good. Getting out of your chair means you’ll feel more energized and be more productive during the day.
