Not treating your body correctly by feeding it healthy, nutritious food is a big productivity killer. When you’re always working, it may seem easier to just grab some food at the drive-thru and hurry back to work some more. However, this junk food is only slowing your body down. Sugary and fatty foods have a tendency to make you feel lethargic, which can definitely slow down how much you work during the day. Pack a lunch instead.
