3. Being unorganized.
Being unorganized, messy and having a cluttered desk is the key factor to being unproductive. When your workspace is a mess, it takes your focus away from the task at hand, instead straying to mislayed papers and coffee cups that you really need to clean up. It’s important to have a clean workspace so you are able to find everything you need to do your work efficiently. Take some time to organize your files and clean off the top of your desk. You’ll feel instantly better.
